Two things to keep in mind about billboard slogans:

1. Less is more. Keep your message short. The rule of thumb is eight words or less, which, it's said, is what the average person can read while whizzing past a billboard in a car.
2. Just the facts, ma'am. No opinions. No opinions. No opinions. The only thing that's a bigger waste of money than posting one's opinion on a billboard is posting one's opinion on a billboard in Swahili.
