I am interested in starting a new populist political party, primarily because I realize that the Republicans and Demorats have sold out the people of America. Essentially, it is fiscally liberal and socially conservative. I would like to propose the platform of the party:

The People's Party

1. First and Foremost, our party is committed to ending not only illegal, but also LEGAL immigration. We propose an end to all immigration, including student and work visas. The new immigrants are not assimilating, our resources are strained, traffic is becoming unmanageable, poverty is increasing, and our environment being destroyed due to the reprehensive neglect by the two parties in power. By the year 2050, conservative estimates put the U.S. population at 450 million, a recipe for disaster. Republicans have supported immigration in order to solicit donations from wealthy businessmen who value immigration due to its effectiveness in depressing wages, something that adversely affects all ethnicities and races. Meanwhile, Democrats support immigration because of insidious interest group politics that values multiculturalism above unity.

2. We believe that all Americans have a right to health coverage. We emphasize that this is not a party for the super wealthy, since I believe they already have a political party. This is a party for regular Americans who worry about losing their homes and savings due to a catastrophic illness that was unforeseen.

3. We believe in the right to unionize, support unions, and reject NAFTA.

4. We believe the US should pull out of the United Nations.

5. We support a higher minimum wage so that all Americans can live a life without extreme poverty.

6. We support keeping Social Security and Medicare intact.

7. We support the life of the unborn. However, we welcome pro-choice people into the party and will not be bogged down with internal divisions over this issue. Once again, we are first and foremost committed to stopping immigration.

8. While we are supportive of tax cuts, we believe first and foremost they should go to the poor and middle class. Again, if you are wealthy, they already have a party for you…. the Republicans.

9. We reject democracy-building wars and occupations such as that occurring in Afghanistan and Iraq. We reject unprovoked attacks on other countries. However, we are not left-wing peace lovers. And if any foreign country attacks us or funds or trains someone who attacks us, we will declare war on you. And contrary to the liberal-style nation building, we will completely destroy you, civilian and military alike, and reserve the right to confiscate your land and resources for the United States.

10. We support a border wall to stop illegal aliens and a strong FBI-like internal enforcement agency to keep illegal immigrants out of our sovereign land.

11. We believe a child born to an illegal immigrant is not an America citizen, since their mother was not a legal citizen. Any child born like this is illegal and should be deported with the parents.

12. We reject racist groups such as MECHA and the reverend Jeremiah Wright's church that preaches hatred and imperialistic policies.

13. We reject the constitutionist party's unrealistic objective which advocates the abolition of the IRS. To the contrary, we are a party based on reality, and do not wish to subvert American institutions. We wish to strengthen them. However, we must always remember that we are not a nation bound by a creed or a document. To the contrary, we believe that America is first and foremost a nation of people bound by a common history, language and culture.
